Returns & Exchange Policy
As a small, growing business, every order means so much to us. We truly appreciate your support and are committed to ensuring you love every piece you get from Y'hoodie by Ali K. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
To begin a return, please email ali.k@yhoodie.com. Please read all of the return rules below and note that shipping fees will not be refunded. We will provide return instructions. Please leave your contact information in the packaged item so we can be in touch with you. Note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you'll be contacted about your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
